The first round of Rotterdam Electronic Music Festival took over the techno town Rotterdam for three consecutive days, and nights of electronic euphoria from the 9th to the 11th November. Entwining a production and record fair with a multitude of workshops, film presentations and installations topped by DJ and live performances, REMF rocked the city with electronic experiences ranging from disco to gabber. It simply had it all. From day one on, REMF proved to really deliver electronics in all its colours and shades, not only the now so fashionable minimalist ones.
