With this EP, South Dakotans The Spill Canvas prove to be capable exponents of a form of hard rocking emo that bears more than a passing resemblance to Panic At The Disco! For lead track Staplegunned and To Live Without It they prove they have a sense of melody and a talent for churning out a riff and a passionate lyric, but, in terms of style, its nothing we cant hear on the radio a hundred times in a week.
