Ultra lo-fi punk rock outfit Times New Viking have joined Merge Records after releasing 2009's Born Again Revisited on Matador Records. That album was notably recorded on an analog VHS cassette. The new record is titled Dancer Equired and is due out April 25, 2011 via Merge.The band has released a video for the first single from the album. Each frame was printed from real video, then hand drawn, colored, or decorated and put back together.
