Through a series of posts from the band's twitter page, the members of Atreyu have announced the band is not breaking up, but is taking an indefinate break.

"Hey all.u have asked, so here goes.atreyu is taking a long long break after 11 yrs of rocking.we arnt breaking up but We arnt writing recording or touring for a while," the band stated in the tweet.
