One of the places to be on New Year's Eve is always Las Vegas ... if you can't make it to Times Square in New York, that is. And, if you were in Sin City this year, one of the hottest tickets in town was Jay-Z's star-studded show at The Cosmopolitan.

The evening, which only a few thousand guests were invited to, featured a night of all Jay-Z, who also brought out a couple friends -- in Kanye West, his wifey Beyonce and Coldplay's Chris Martin.
