Despite telling fans last week in a letter that he'd no longer write and it was his final letter, due to his move to solitary confinement, Lil Wayne resurfaced this week one more time from Rikers Island.
In his last letter, posted at WeezyThanxYou.com, the rapper explained that his new cell in isolation had limitations and that he wasn't allowed to write anymore, but he has.
