The Living End and Birds Of Tokyo top the first line-up announcement of Coffs Harbour’s Open Arms Festival.

The single day fest promises rock, electro, hip hop, indie, and world music, and the first announcement is a pretty classy spread.

The Living End have been quiet recently, working on their sixth album, and haven’t played since the Community Cup in June. So it’s a welcome return for these Oz rock heroes.

Birds Of Tokyo hit number two with their self-titled album last month and will surely be charged up.
