There are just so many bands that one has access to in this age that you can't possibly keep up with them all. One of the bands that has never really made it on to my radar until now is art rockers Xiu Xiu. Oh, I've been aware of them for years, but I hadn't made the time to give them a listen (partly because their name is lame).With a new album, Dear God, I Hate Myself, looming on the horizon (out Feb. 23rd), I thought this was an appropriate time to dive in. And I'm glad I did.
