After an 18-year absence, British heavy metal legends IRON MAIDEN will return to Canada's capital city on July 6 to play at the world-famous Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest.

Commented the band: "The last time MAIDEN played in Ottawa was during the 'Fear Of The Dark Tour' in 1992 so are well overdue a return visit!

"The prestigious Bluesfest is ranked by Billboard magazine as one of the top 10 festivals in the world, so what better way to kickstart proceedings than by having IRON MAIDEN headline the opening night!"
