Kelis may be getting well-paid by her hubby Nas in child and spousal support, but when it comes to paying for her hair, she ain't paying.

According to TMZ, the singer picked herself up a fancy hair weave from a Santa Monica salon back in May 2009, but never paid.

The salon's owners took her to court over the unpaid money on Monday (March 29), but Kelis didn't show.
