The '3’ singer reportedly ended her romance with the talent agent at the end of February following a year-long romance because they had been arguing constantly.

A source said: "They were fighting a lot and have not been getting along. They both just needed to take a break from each other. It wasn't working out."

Despite their split, Jason, 38, will still represent Britney through the New York-based entertainment agency, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, where he works.
