Jay Sean has revealed that he plans to boycott next year's Brit Awards.

After selling six million copies of his hit record Down in America, Jay believes that he should have been at least nominated for an award this year.

"The fact I didn't even get recognised was stupid," he told the Daily Star. "That was embarrassing for the Brits. Without wishing to sound like I'm blowing my own trumpet, no-one did what I did in the States last year.
