Joe Jonas has cleared the air as far as rumors go that he’s dating Hilary Duff.

While talking to Ryan Seacrest this morning, he said that he is neighbors with Hilary, but the two are not dating. The rumors started when he was spotted walking across Hilary’s front lawn.

He said that he went a different way out of his house and when photographers went to take pictures of Hilary, they actually thought he was leaving from her house.
